The content provided on this platform is for educational and informational purposes only. While taught by a licensed professional, completion of these Educational Videos does not constitute a legal certification or a license to practice engineering. Users are responsible for ensuring their designs comply with local, state, and national codes.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Access

  • Access Limits: Educational Videos are purchased for a limited time as indicated at the time of purchase. We do not currently offer a recurring monthly membership.

  • Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our content, refunds are generally not provided once an Educational Video has been accessed or started, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual Property & Use License

All content, including videos, text, graphics, and Educational Video materials, is the property of Senol Durur PE.

  • Personal Use Only: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view the materials for personal, non-commercial educational use.

  • Prohibitions: You may not record, download, redistribute, or “scrape” any video content. Unauthorized sharing of accounts is strictly prohibited and will lead to permanent termination without refund.

You may request the removal of your resume from our Resume Bank at any time. To delete your data from future recruitment consideration, please contact us at info@SenolDururPE.com.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any breach of the Terms.
